Before we pick up a tool or turn over a shovel of dirt on your property, we will have a conversation about what your vision is for your home or project.  This will be provided to you through a free, initial consultation about your project.  At Schei Home Building, we make sure that we fully comprehend your ideas and visions, which therefore allows us to accomplish us a complete understanding of your vision. That drawing or sketch that you have been working on can become a reality through the design-build services we provide. Through AutoCAD LT 2018 we can convert that sketch to a set of initial drawings, at less expense than construction drawings from an architectural firm, that will help our team to understand and start to create a budget for your project. These initials drawings will evolve into a full set of Architectural plans off of which the project is based.

While working with you to design your project we will review all the latest construction technology and building techniques to come up with a construction budget that will work for you.
