We had the privilege of transforming this client's home into their dream living space. We wanted to elevate the home’s aesthetic, create a dazzling focal point around the fireplace in the main living area, create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, and breathe new life into the heart of the home. The result was a harmonious, stylish living space that exceeded our client's expectations and truly embodied their vision for their dream home.
To accomplish this we:
Removed carpet and installed new hardwood floors throughout the main level.
Skillfully refinished the fireplace using a specialty limewash paint and technique.
Stained the fireplace mantle shelf to perfectly match the new floors.
Painted walls throughout.
Painted doors, built-ins, and trim.
Painted kitchen cabinets and installed new lighting.
Installed new tiled backsplash in the kitchen.
Installed all new recessed lighting throughout, further enhancing the home's ambiance.
Limewashed Fireplace
Amped up fireplace with limewash!
This fireplace was carefully refinished in a speciality paint method called limewash. The mantle shelf was refinished and stained to match the flooring. Wow!
All the trimmings!
We took care to update the built-in, door, ceiling fan, wall paint and all new flooring. These details bring out the limewash technique on the fireplace.

This all new banister features black horizontal spindles and custom stain to bring it all together.
Form and function
We wanted this banister to feel as good as it looks while providing the safety it should. We took this all the way down to the handrail.
